The school was founded by Mr. Jose A. Hernandez, the Chairman of the Hercor Group of Companies, in 2004 with the help of Mrs. Lerry Basamot, Mrs. Sheila Alba, Ms. Ma. Cristina J. Hernandez, Mr. Jose Gabriel J. Hernandez, Mrs. Vivian Blancaflor and Mrs. Sally Sibonga.
